Masterclass – A life of freedom
A community with room to be a free human being.
A space for people who have had addiction problems close to home, but are now clean and sober and want to secure a continued good life without using mood-altering substances/activities.

When the foundation is in place
Freedom is carried more easily when it's shared
Masterclass is a closed group for people who have had addiction problems close to home, but are now stably clean and sober. The group works on how it's possible to secure a continued good life without using mood-altering substances/activities, and how each individual can stand more freely and independently in their life and in a world out of balance.
It is not treatment or therapy, and it is not possible to sign up for individual modules. Admission requires a recommendation from a current member of the group. You must also want to be admitted yourself and go through a concrete admission process.

What the group is working on
When the group was established, we first explored what was binding and limiting the unfolding of a free life.
We then worked with HeartDialogue's 6 M's:
meaningfulness, goals, human encounters, meditation, food and exercise.

Stepping forward into life
Between the gatherings
Not alone on the path
Each gathering holds honest dialogue, reflection, exercises and sharing of experiences. A buddy system creates a simple connection between meetings, so the community can continue living in everyday life. The group works on translating experience into a continued good, sober life.
Not to impress each other. Not to perform. But to explore life together with honesty, curiosity and respect.
For some, Masterclass becomes a community they come to.For others, it also becomes the place that helped them come home to themselves.
