At Café RÅ, young people meet who want to understand themselves and each other a little better. We share what's hard, what's growing, and what feels alive. You can listen when you need to, and speak up when you're ready.

A room without masks
We talk about feelings, self-worth, relationships and the traces life can leave. Not to find the one right answer, but to discover more ways of standing in what is. With respect for difference and for the pace that suits you.
Here you're allowed to be strong, confused, happy, completely ordinary and extraordinary all at once.

A simple framework
A safe, honest, clear and trust-building framework makes it easier to show up, land, open up and be present together.

- A closed group. We start with an initial clarifying conversation, so we can explore together whether Café RÅ is the right place for you.
